Looking for something a little different or breakfast? Then look no further. These bars make a great grab and go breakfast.
When I make them I have half with some fruit and yogurt or quark for breakfast and save the rest for a mid afternoon snack with a cuppa when I know the sweet cravings appear and when I am wanting cake or biscuits.
We don’t use fresh fruit in these bars as they become too “wet”, however any dried fruits, chocolate chips, nuts and seeds work fabulously.
Some recommended items from our kitchen…
- Silicone whisks in varying sizes.
- Double sided dry and liquid measuring spoons for times when you need to measure both liquid and dry ingredients.
- Mixing bowls are always wanted in this household and these stackable ones save so much space in our cupboards.
